Like Roger Hayes, I asked my municipal council in Kincardine Ontario to adjust my property taxes. I’m not refusing to pay my taxes. I asked council to adjust my taxes so I’m not guilty of aiding and abetting Treason and Child Abuse.

A portion of my/your taxes goes to funding Sustainable Development, based on the Gro Brundtland report titled “Our Common Future” which was the precursor of Agenda 21. Agenda 21 calls for the end of Private Property and the end of the Nation State…..which is Treason.

A portion of my/your taxes goes to funding the “New Age/Agenda 21″ indoctrination of the children in schools. This indoctrination, based on lies and deception, is a classic case of child abuse.

Even though my municipal council is supposed to represent me, they say there is nothing they can do about the taxes and I/you “must pay” or they will take my/your home.

So, either I aid and abet Treason and Child Abuse via my taxes or I lose my home.

Nice choice!

I sent a letter to the CAO of the municipality of Kincardine Ontario on May 3rd 2012, asking where he/council got the authority to force me to aid and abet Treason, Child Abuse and the end of my Private Property Rights……..

At approximately 10:30 am May 4th 2012 three OPP officers confronted me at my home. When asked why they were at my home they replied “You refused to pay your property taxes” Untrue. Instead of answering my questions, the municipality sent the police in an attempt to 1- intimidate me 2- attempt to label me a threat and have me banned from speaking at future council meetings.

Unlike Roger Hayes, I’m still free.

All municipal councils are guilty of Treason and are using soft “Sustainable Development” language to deceive the public into accepting the demise of National Sovereignty and Private Property.

And guess who’s funding the Treason……………..YOU!

WAKE UP!

At 0930 this morning, in scenes reminiscent of Stasi East Germany, 2 police cars and 4 policemen from Merseyside Police arrested British Constitution Group Chairman Roger Hayes at his Wirral home and drove away.

The first his family heard of him was at 18:30 this evening via a telephone call from a Warder in Liverpool prison, to say that Roger had been tried and sentenced to prison.

At no time were the family or any other members of the public informed of his arrest, and it is understood that he was tried in a secret court without a Jury.

Denied the right to argue his case, denied the right to a Jury, denied the right for the public to see justice being done, Roger was imprisoned in the secretive gulag system that Britain has become in 2012.

Roger’s “crime” is that he has been refusing to pay his Council tax, because along with other state taxes, a proportion of the tax revenue gathered is being sent to the European Union, used to fund unlawful wars in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya and Syria, and promote terrorism right around the world. To pay tax under these circumstances is, at the very least, unlawful under Section 15(3) of the Terrorism Act 2000.

As such the present government of UK in Westminster is complicit to terrorist action and war crimes and therefore the payment of taxes to an unlawful, criminal regime is itself a criminal act – one in which Roger refused to participate.

The state has never forgiven him for the arrest of Judge Peake at Birkenhead court as part of this campaign.

In addition to his stance on taxes for unlawful purposes, Roger has also been campaigning for the Lawful Bank – a monetary initiative in which money can be issued to the public as credit, rather than as crippling debt under the existing corrupt and fraudulent International Monetary System.

As Chairman of the British Constitution Group, Roger Hayes has been an outspoken public speaker warning the British public that their rights and freedoms under Common Law and the Constitution are being stripped away and replaced by a dictatorship of secret courts operating under Administrative and Statute Law.

Michael Schmidt Placed on Probation and Fined for Raw Milk

Michael Schmidt, raw milk advocate, sentenced today at the Ontario Provincial Court in Newmarket.

His sentence, one year probation and a fine of $9,150.00. I’m not sure what the terms of his probation are at this time, nor can I see any justification for the fine or the amount. Surely this “raw milk” fiasco has cost the taxpayer millions over the years. To what end or benefit has not been made clear either by the gov. or the court.

Mr. Schmidt has endured years of harassment by the Ontario gov., including a raid on his farm in 2006 by armed agents.

This is not about “harm” because there wasn’t any. No, this is about control of your property, “your body” of which the gov seems to think it owns. It does not. The gov does not have authority to decide what you ingest.

Therefore, Michael Schmidt’s “raw milk” campaign is not so much about whether “raw milk products” are safe, but about your rights as a private person.

I hope everyone continues their support of Michael and his work and in the end, may the people of Ontario and Canada learn from Michael’s example.

If you don’t stand for what’s right – you stand for nothing.

A sad legacy to pass to your children and grandchildren, indeed.

Jack Layton Dies fighting cancer

Jack Layton leader of the Federal NDP and official opposition announced he will be taking a leave of absence as he prepares to once again fight cancer.

While I wish no one ill-health & I wish him a speedy recovery, understand who Jack Layton is.

Mr. Layton is a member of the UNPA (United Nations Parliamentary Assembly) which is pushing for a United Nations Parliament that will supersede our parliament and sovereignty.

The NDP is also a member of International Socialists.

The New Democratic Party of Canada (“NDP”) is a full member of The Socialist International. According to the Socialist International, the “Socialist International is the worldwide organisation of social democratic, socialist and labour parties”, whose “…representatives want to learn from one another, jointly promote socialist ideas and work towards this objective at [an] international level.” The Socialist International web site says that “strengthening the United Nations is an important step in the creation of this new, democratic world society” and that “…the work of abolishing international inequality will be a crucial step forward on the road to a democratic world society”

Any way you cut it, Mr. Layton is guilty of conspiracy to commit treason.

Get well Jack, so that someday a group of your peers can bring you before a common-law court to answer for your crimes against the sovereign nation of Canada.

I don’t normally post emails I receive, but people need to understand what and who are undermining our country. Canadians are so fed-up with their representatives they choose  new ones. I can understand that….but what did you choose as a replacement?

Glad to hear you got rid of Lunn……..but don’t get too excited by the replacement you chose. The Green party is pushing for a World Parliament that will, when given the power, supersede our national govt. Not something anyone should support……not if you believe in Canada.
I encourage everyone to take a serious look at this site and ask why  members of govt., including Elizabeth May, are members of  the UNPA. David Suzuki and Maude Barlow are also members as are many senators. If someone would like to explain to me how this is not High-Treason……I’m all ears.
In both the twitter link and the facebook wall you will notice the World Federalists praising the hard work of Allan Blakeney, who is being recognized as not only a very successful Premier of the province of Saskatchewan, but also one of Canada’s great nation-builders, was also a long-time member of the World Federalist Movement – Canada. He served as the organization’s National President from.

There is only one way stop the loss of our rights and freedoms, land and water theft and retain the sovereignty of Canada——kick the damn UN out!

Good morning Elizabeth.
I told you on Sunday you could do it.
However I heard that you thanked CFAX and the local media for their part in this victory. I was working so did not hear it myself.
This is like thanking the makers of the Titanic for building such an unsinkable ship.
The media have treated you as a novelty and would have been just as happy to dance on your grave, so to speak, in the event that you had lost.
The reason you won, plain and simple is that the people of SGI have been looking for a way to rid themselves of Lunn for years, and you were that way. 
Hard work- yes, long campaign- yes, presence in the riding – yes,  name recognition – yes, Green leader in a green riding – yes,  independent and small paper support – yes, but main stream media support – NO.
CFAX has been and will contiue to be a corporate toadie, walking hand in hand with the CPC and Chamber of Commerce concept of corporate government, and now you may well find it much more difficult to get their attention.
I wish you luck in that anyway as you are just stubborn enough to try and force their hand. 
Do not try to talk to Joe Easingwood about Chem trails though , he will just cut you off as he does everyone else.
In the next election I will be 75 but don’t count me out in challenging you then.
Enough, enjoy your victory and thank you for helping us get rid of Lunn, who I assume will be a senator in a week or so.
