The UN Conference on Human Settlements held in 1976 in Vancouver was extremely clear about property rights. The Preamble says:

Private land ownership is also a principal instrument of accumulation and concentration of wealth and therefore contributes to social injustice; if unchecked, it may become a major obstacle in the planning and implementation of development schemes. The provision of decent dwellings and healthy conditions for the people can only be achieved if land is used in the interests of society as a whole. Public control of land use is therefore indispensable….”

You think your cost of electricity is high now? Mr. Suzuki and friends don’t think so. As UN/Globalist minions, they are more than happy to follow UN directives in the continued effort to destroy your right of property, your life and your Country.

Ontario’s Building Code incorporates both energy and water conservation measures. Code authorities also could consider regulating plug loads.

A true Canadian Patriot formally “DECLARES WAR on WIND COMPANIES in ONTARIO”!!

Here’s a question?:  If some stranger entered your home and tried to destroy your life what would you do?

This may be a bit baffling in this day and age when your home is supposed to be “Your Sanctuary” from the  hustle and bustle and craziness of the outside world but here in Ontario, just like in every other country in the world a very dark and evil “force” is doing just that!

The Industrial Wind Turbine Industry has now “invaded” Ontario and has caused massive “casualties” with people’s lands, health, homes and quality of life not to mention the murder of our wildlife and future for our children and their children.

This is not an “overstatement’!  This is actually what is really happening and what makes it even more serious is that this is supported by our very own Government and our very own Health System!  Here’s the “kicker”!  Guess who’s money is being used to force this “army of home destroyers” down our collective throats?  OURS!  In massive subsidies all declared ”good for us and for the planet” by our Great Leader in Queen’s Park even though for years now a peaceful protest has been attempted with reasonable discussions being presented by the people being harmed with the “powers to be”, and YET the invasion continues unabated!

Here’s the answer:

A Declaration of War. 

I Melodie Burkett, a Canadian and a citizen of Ontario, hereby declare to the government of Ontario that I have no alternative but to engage in war against the wind industry that has been given the authority by the government of Ontario to continue to ignore precautionary principle, continues to ignore the pleas of the people world wide that have been suffering serious symptoms and driven from their homes, caused by the improper and reckless placement of industrial scale wind turbines , continues to ignore reports of massive bird slaughter world wide and continues to ignore economic reports world wide that we can not continue to subsidize this industry that due to it’s very nature can not , has not and will not reduce emissions that are believed by some to be causing a change of climate world wide.  

I hereby declare that I consider it my patriotic duty, as did my forefathers before me,  to defend my land, my home and my family and my province from this affront to sensibilities, this affront to my right to peaceable enjoyment of my home as guaranteed under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. I along with millions of people world wide can not and will not allow this tyranny, this undemocratic process to devalue and destroy our homeland, our airways and our oceans. 

Please be advised of this declaration of war and the consequence of war and govern yourselves accordingly.

Mitch Twolan, Huron-Kinloss mayor,  forced several owners to vacate their cottages built-in the late fifties – early sixties, without cause (Agenda 21/Wildlands Project)

When I confronted Carmen Krogh of Wind Vigilance and Dave Colling of WCO and the Inter-Municipal Wind Turbine Working Group, at a wind meeting in the same area and asked, “when are you going to start telling people the truth?” They hung their heads in silence and offered no response.

Now Colling is telling everyone who has property in a proposed wind farm to   Sell!

That should make it easier for the wind companies.

These people ain’t working for who they say they are working for.

WCO = controlled opposition!

David Colling, a Ripley-area resident and citizen member on the Inter-Municipal Wind Turbine Working Group, said he will be interested to see at what price the homes are listed at when they go back on the market. He said he has received a number of phone calls from residents living in areas where wind projects are slated to be developed.

“People call me and ask, ‘What should I do?’” he said. “I say sell and leave now before you lose the value of your home.”

His statement just destroyed your property value!

Kincardine Mayor Hopefuls Debate

At the all candidates meeting in Tiverton a gentleman asked a simple question. “All those against more turbines on land in the Municipaltiy please stand.”

I was amazed to see how few stood besides myself. Both Kraemer and Haight remained seated and exclaimed “it’s not a fair question”

In the audio clip (follow link at bottom) they now are against wind farms. How do you trust these people?

Both had the opportunity to stand up and defend your rights over the last four years and they failed.

Neither of them have defended your right to have a hospital board that is accountable to you or stood up to defend you against the GEA.

Who are they working for? You or the Province.

Just like the politicians they are, they will say anything to get your vote.

Think about the last four years and use your vote wisely.

Wind turbines continue to be the hot topic for Lake Huron shoreline residents.

The candidates for Kincardine Mayor had a lengthy debate about the issue on Werdnesday morning on a special edition of Soundingboard on 98 the Beach.

Ron Stephens tells Bayshore Broadcasting News current council has not stepped up and voiced concerns enough over the Green Energy Act.

He says it’s an “absolute abuse” of the rights of every citizen’s rights, and it’s something that needs to be dealt with quickly.
