Canada Announces Contributions to IMF to Help Safeguard Global Economic Stability

October 8, 2016 – Washington, D.C. – Department of Finance Canada

Canada is committed to contributing to a stable global economy that benefits the middle class and those working hard to join it.

Finance Minister Bill Morneau today concluded his participation in the 2016 Annual Meetings of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Bank Group by announcing Canada’s contribution to two global financing initiatives. Along with contributions from other countries:

  • Canada will extend a temporary line of credit of approximately C$15 billion to the IMF to help maintain its ability to lend to countries in the event of a major global economic shock.
  • Canada will also provide repayable loans of approximately C$900 million to the IMF’s Poverty Reduction and Growth Trust, which will help ensure that the world’s poorest countries can adjust to economic shocks and create growth and development that benefit their citizens.

Minister Morneau and his international colleagues discussed ways to tackle global economic challenges and ensure countries and international institutions are equipped to respond to them. The Minister emphasized the importance of open trade and investment as a means of building strong and sustainable global growth and prosperity for the middle class and those working hard to join it.

Quote

“Canada is proud to be at the forefront of global efforts to build a stronger world economy. It is important for all countries to work together and to be open to international trade and investment. This will in turn create prosperity for the middle class and those working hard to join it. Canada’s contributions to the IMF will help ensure it has the resources it needs to be effective in maintaining global economic and financial stability.”

Energy Poverty – Report from Parliament, October 2016

All political parties are pushing nation toward 3rd world status as they implement UN/Globalist/Corporate agendas upon the people. This must stop NOW!

To say I’m disgusted by lying politicians is an understatement. Fact is all political parties are pushing the UN/Globalist/Corporate agendas. When in power they move the UN/Globalist/Corporate agendas. When not in power they bitch and complain about the very thing they were doing while in power. For Gallant to bitch about the Liberals is akin to her bitching about her own party. Conservative PM Brian Mulroney is the one who signed on to UN Agenda 21. I ran in the 2007 Ont. Provincial election as an Independent candidate (a real eye opener.) John Tory, leader of the Ont. Conservative party at the time, now mayor of Toronto, stated clearly in his policy platform. If elected the Conservatives will install more wind turbines than the Liberals.

Energy Poverty Means Pre-Paying – Report from Parliament, October 2016

From the office of Cheryl Gallant, Conservative MP

Federal Agency Measurement Canada is preparing to finalize approval for “pre-pay” hydro meters. This was only a matter of time since the province installed so-called “smart meters” in people’s homes.

To picture a pre-payment electricity meter, just think of a parking meter that you load with money in order to park a vehicle. These are popular in third-world countries, particularly where poor people have no access to credit. They enable the power utilities to deny access to a basic necessity without actually having to pull the plug if customers have trouble with bills. It forces the poor household to self-disconnect.

Energy poverty, defined as households that spend more than 10 percent of their income on home energy, affects about one million households in Canada. In Ontario, the lowest income group spends on average 12 or more percent of their income on utilities, while the average Ontarian spends only 4 per cent.

Energy poverty is prevalent among certain types of households, including those with single residents, seniors, children or young adults, renters, and those with a female primary bill-payer. Low-income families and individuals are being forced to choose between heating their homes, buying groceries or paying the rent as the result of increasing utility prices. For many, it is literally a choice between eating and heating.

Canadians still have an opportunity to withhold their “implied consent” to poverty meters. While the federal government has set a January 1st 2017 implementation date for its new policy, you are invited to provide me your thoughts on pre-payment electricity meters. Remember, ‘no comment’ is considered by this government to be a “yes.”

The federal government deadline for submissions is October 30, 2016.

Never heard of the IISD? You’d think that such an influential international think tank such as IISD  in Winnipeg Canada would make headlines in the media. But it never has and there is a reason.

I urge everyone to spend some time investigating the IISD, its members, employees and goals.

IISD  established in 1990, headquartered in Winnipeg Canada. It  is but one more institution created to continue the false globalist environmental propaganda fed to generations. The Sustainable Development Timeline shows how the propaganda has played out of the years. Always sold to the masses as necessary for the health of the planet with the steady message that “man is the enemy.” As you go through the files and names of those involved understand this is not and never was about environment. It is and always was about global enslavement and control of all resources by a very small group of extremely evil men and women.  Why do the same names keep popping up? Is it because they care about the environment or is it because these are the creators and controllers of a massive Global Scam?

IPCC official Ottmar Edenhofer, speaking in November 2010, advised that: “…one has to free oneself from the illusion that international climate policy is environmental policy. Instead, climate change policy is about how we redistribute de facto the world’s wealth…”

About IISD

The International Institute for Sustainable Development is a Canadian-based, international public policy research institute for sustainable development.

Since it was first articulated in the Brundtland Commission’s Our Common Future in 1987, sustainable development has never been superseded by a more compelling or universally-acceptable expression of humanity’s shared goals. At its simplest level, any form of development that is not sustainable contains the seeds of its own destruction. For development to be sustainable, it must not only generate wealth: it must also advance social justice, reduce and eventually eliminate poverty, and remain within the limits imposed by ecosystem and resource resilience.

ENB Background

The Earth Negotiations Bulletin is a balanced, timely and independent reporting service that provides daily information in print and electronic formats from multilateral negotiations on environment and development. It is published by the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD), a non-profit organization based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. The office of the Earth Negotiations Bulletin is based in New York City, two blocks from the United Nations.

ENB History

The Earth Negotiations Bulletin began as the joint initiative of three individuals from the NGO community, who were participating in the preparations for the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development. Johannah Bernstein, an environmental lawyer and Director of the Canadian Participatory Committee for UNCED (CPCU), Pamela Chasek, a doctoral student at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and Langston James Goree VI “Kimo”, a former UNDP programme officer and NGO activist from the Western Amazon, created the Earth Summit Bulletin in March 1992.

Election Fraud – Update Nov. 13th, 2014

Update Nov. 13th, 2014 –

Donna (clerk of Municipality of Kincardine)

During a recent conversation with Sarah Van Exan, senior policy dept. of MMAH, Sarah said “I can’t tell you whether or not the Act is valid”

To date no one has been able or willing to confirm the validity of the Municipal Election Act.

The MMAH should have jumped at the opportunity to prove the validity of the Municipal Election Act as they are in charge of the Municipal Act and the Municipal Elections Act.

They have done the exact opposite.

Because MMAH can’t say the Act is valid…one is led to interpret it to mean the Act is in fact not valid.

This has serious implications for all those involved in the “election” process.

I have been asking what I thought was a simple question for some time “Are the Municipal elections a fraud?”

To date I have received no definitive yes or no answer.

I expected a quick answer to the question……Still waiting!

The onus is not on me to prove whether or not the Municipal elections are valid.

It is up to those who wrote and administer the Act to prove the Act is valid, legal and most importantly, lawful.

The MMAH employs lawyers, as do the Municipalities and the Province. The Ministry of Attorney General employs some 800 lawyers. Surely the question can be easily answered.

Your immediate attention to this matter is required.
